1/ Understand Your Business


This is a fast-paced discovery session where we talk and listen to you to get a grasp on your core business, including the role of your products and services in addressing your customers’ pain points.

This is also where we identify whether the content fits into a brand awareness play or a lead acquisition play.

2/ Benchmarking & Strategizing


If we are doing a lead acquisition play, we are going to use Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) as a stronger part of our strategy than if we’re doing a brand play, in which case, we focus on more viral articles. If we’re focusing more on SEO, our next step would be to look up different keywords that people in the target audience are searching for and based on our keyword research we would know what topics to write about.

Monthly Content Calendar: As part of the goal-setting process, we set a content calendar to operationalise what we’re doing. This is usually a 3-month or a 6-month worth of content.

3/ Collaborate & Develop


We will work with your experts and thought leaders to bring unique insights into each piece.

Monthly Article: The package includes writing an article a week with at least 400 words. This can be written from scratch or derived from an existing material you provide.

4/ Publish & Promote


We will build the content, optimize for search, publish and distribute to make sure it reaches the target audience.

Repurpose into Micro Content: From the pillar content, we create short-form pieces of content like shorter articles, memes, images, quotes, stories, mashups, remixes, rants, GIFS.

If the content pillar is a long-from video (at least 15 minutes), we will create at least 30 pieces of micro content. If the content pillar is just a 400-word article, we repurpose at a maximum of 4 pieces of micro content.

Distribute across social media: We distribute all content on relevant social platforms. The first round of content is ultimately used to drive viewership to the pillar content on Youtube, Facebook, Website.

This package covers for actual posting on the platform but does not include community engagement.

Get Community Insights: After we have distributed the content, we listen to the audience to find out what pieces of content resonated with them. We provide monthly reporting of these insights to you.
