    • Subscription to relevant platform/s
    • Collection of requirements from person-in-charge

  • Discovery Session

    • Meeting with client's marketing team for brand & design alignement (Zoom.us)
    • Meeting with client's IT/operations team for system & workflow alignment (Zoom.us)
    • For branding/design projects this may include user profiles and stylescapes

  • Setup & Design Proper

    • Platform environment setup 
    • Web Design Proper / User Interface Design

  • Data Connectivity

    • Workflow audit/alignment
    • Data/content re/encoding
    • Automation
    • Testing

  • Presentation & Feedback

    • Presentation & feedback of design or user interface with person-in-charge (Zoom.us)
    • Content realignment
    • Projects includes 3 presenation & revision rounds

  • Launch & Hand-off

    • Official project turnover with person-in-charge (Zoom.us)
    • Domain repointing
    • Launch
