Authority
Upgrade
Decision authority still sits with you
Everything still runs through you, so when you step away, decisions pile up because authority never really left your desk.
What you do NOT need
• A CRM overhaul
• Automation
• A COO
• Enterprise dashboards
Do THIS to upgrade
Open Google Docs or a notebook.
Title it: “Decisions I Will Stop Approving.”
Step 1 — List 10 decisions you approved in the last 7 days. Example:
• Approving a ₱8,000 discount
• Approving overtime
• Approving supplier payment
• Reviewing minor client edits
• Approving a new laptop
Step 2 — Next to each one, write:
Who should own this instead?
Step 3 — Write a rule.
Example:
Client discounts → Sales Manager → Up to 10% if margin stays above 40%
Supplier payments → Ops → If within approved budget
Hiring → Ops → If role exists in headcount plan
Step 4 — Pick 3 decisions you will no longer approve starting Monday.
Tell your team.
This one move reduces your decision load immediately.
Install decision control in 30 days
We redesign authority, define manager scorecards, and install a weekly executive dashboard so decisions stop stacking on your desk.

Hey — It's Toffer.
I spent over a decade in tech—building websites, systems, and automations.
Running my own business taught me this: if I can’t understand it from a notebook, it’s too complicated.
When you’re too big to wing it but too small to have layers of management, the right tools should keep the business moving without always pulling you in.
Post205 builds systems and dashboards that handle repeatable work so you can step away and let the business keep moving.
