Strategic Bet
Upgrade
What’s next?
At this level, growth becomes a question of allocation — protecting the cash engine while funding the next one deliberately.
Capital decisions compound over time, both on the upside and the downside.
If helpful, I can connect you to the right people to offer perspectives before you commit.
What you do NOT need
• Another CRM overhaul
• More automation
• A rebrand
• Minor pricing tweaks
• Team productivity workshops
None of those create the next growth curve. This stage is about allocation.
Do THIS to upgrade
Open a blank document.
Create three columns:
1. Current Cash Generators
2. Emerging Opportunities
3. Big Strategic Bets (1–3 years)
Under each, write:
• Revenue Contribution
• Growth Rate
• Capital Required
• Leadership Required
• Time to Maturity
Now answer one question: If your top product disappeared in 24 months, what replaces it?
If the answer is unclear, that’s the constraint.
Second action:
List the top 3 roles your company will need in 24 months that you don’t have today.
If you can’t name them, you’re not building ahead of growth.
Design the next bet
If you’re planning a major move, this becomes a capital decision.
I can help assess fit and connect you where appropriate.

Hey — It's Toffer.
I spent over a decade in tech—building websites, systems, and automations.
Running my own business taught me this: if I can’t understand it from a notebook, it’s too complicated.
When you’re too big to wing it but too small to have layers of management, the right tools should keep the business moving without always pulling you in.
Post205 builds systems and dashboards that handle repeatable work so you can step away and let the business keep moving.
