Sales performance not mathematically tracked

Sales go up and down, and you can’t confidently say what next month will look like because the numbers aren’t structured well enough.

What you do NOT need

• A website redesign
• Paid ads
• Marketing automation
• HubSpot

Do THIS to upgrade

Open Google Sheets.

Create this exact table:

Week | Leads | Qualified | Calls Booked | Calls Done | Closed | Revenue

Now fill in last week’s numbers from memory if needed.

Then calculate:

Close Rate = Closed ÷ Calls Done
Qualification Rate = Qualified ÷ Leads
Show Rate = Calls Done ÷ Calls Booked

Example:

Leads: 30
Qualified: 18
Calls Booked: 15
Calls Done: 10
Closed: 3
Revenue: ₱180,000

Close Rate = 30%

Now ask: If I want ₱600,000 next month at current close rate,
how many calls do I need?

Revenue target ÷ Avg deal size = Deals needed
Deals ÷ Close rate = Calls needed

You now see your math.

Digitally Driven, Wonderfully Human

Hey — It's Toffer.

I spent over a decade in tech—building websites, systems, and automations.

Running my own business taught me this: if I can’t understand it from a notebook, it’s too complicated.

When you’re too big to wing it but too small to have layers of management, the right tools should keep the business moving without always pulling you in.

Post205 builds systems and dashboards that handle repeatable work so you can step away and let the business keep moving.
