Events Systems
Why fix it?
This events team was running talks and conferences for doctors across different provinces, sometimes several in a month.
Each event followed the same setup. They built the page on their web builder, used Paperform for registration, Fillout for the quiz, and stored everything in Airtable.
Most materials came in late—topics, speakers, even the quiz—so the setup had to be done quickly, sometimes while already on-site.
After the event, they still had to export lists, check attendance and quiz results, prepare certificates, email them out, and submit the file to PRC for crediting.

Everything was there, but in separate places. To finish one event, they had to go back through each tool, check the data, and make sure nothing was missed.
So we centralized it.
Now the event is created once, and everything runs from it. Registration, quiz, and certificate are tied to the same record. Attendees register, complete the quiz, and once they pass, the certificate is generated and sent automatically.

The same data carries through to the export, so when it’s time to submit to PRC, the file already matches what was recorded.

Got it.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Tell us your setup.
How many events are you running in a month, and how are you setting each one up today? From that, we can map how your flow works and show you what it looks like when everything runs from one place, even when things come in late.
The
build is a one-time fee. The
annual plan is structured per event volume, so it stays proportional to your setup.
